At Innokies, we take great care to ensure that every gadget, gift, and curated kit is checked, packed, and dispatched with attention to quality. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
General Policy
All sales made on https://innokies.com are considered final, unless covered under the conditions mentioned below.
Refunds or replacements are offered only in specific cases such as damaged products, incorrect items, or non-delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement may be considered only under the following circumstances:
1. Damaged Product Received
If you receive a product that is physically damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please email us at info@innokies.com with clear images or videos of the damaged product and packaging.
Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.
2. Incorrect Product Delivered
If an incorrect product is delivered, we will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification and your confirmation.
3. Non-Delivery or Significant Delivery Delay
If your order is not delivered or is significantly delayed beyond the committed timeline, you may request cancellation.
In such cases, the full order amount will be refunded.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Innokies is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, natural calamities, or national holidays.
Refund Processing
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and verified by our team.
The product must be returned unused, with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Any missing or damaged components (including packaging) may result in a partial refund or rejection.
Payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount, as applicable.
Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of appearance, or performance expectations of a defect-free product.
Once the returned item passes quality inspection, you will be notified via email regarding approval.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:
The product is defect-free but the customer is unhappy with its look, sound, or performance.
Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, electrical surges, or unauthorised repairs.
Normal wear and tear resulting from usage.
Damage not reported within the specified notification period.
Products returned in used condition or without original packaging and accessories.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of placing the order.
Orders already processed, customised, or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.
If the order has been dispatched, you may refuse delivery. Refunds will be processed only after the product is returned to us.
Refunds for cancelled orders are subject to deduction of applicable payment gateway charges.
Corporate & Custom Orders
Orders involving custom branding, bulk quantities, or personalised items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun.
Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis at Innokies’ discretion.
