At Innokies, we aim to deliver gadgets, gift products, and curated kits safely and on time across India. Please review our shipping policy to understand how orders are processed and delivered.


Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

  • Each order can be shipped to one delivery address only.

  • If you require delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate orders or contact us for bulk or corporate shipment support.



Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Once processed, orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days for prepaid orders.

Please note that processing and dispatch timelines may extend during festive seasons, high-volume sales periods, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Certain prepaid orders or promotional campaigns may qualify for free shipping, subject to terms displayed on the website.



Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location, courier partner, and product type.

  • Estimated delivery dates shared at checkout or via tracking are indicative and may change due to operational factors beyond our control.



Serviceability & Delivery Limitations

  • If a delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we may request an alternate shipping address.

  • Innokies shall not be held responsible for non-delivery in areas not covered by courier networks.



Split Shipments

  • We attempt to ship all items in a single order together.

  • In certain cases, items may be shipped separately due to product availability, size, or sourcing requirements.



Tracking & Order Updates

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Tracking updates can be used to monitor shipment status and expected delivery timelines.



Invoice & Documentation

  • All orders are shipped with an official invoice.

  • If you do not receive an invoice or require a duplicate copy, please contact us at info@innokies.com.



Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you notice that the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery.

  • Inform our support team immediately with your order details so we can initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.



Corporate & Bulk Shipments

  • For bulk orders, branded kits, onboarding kits, or multi-location deliveries, timelines and shipping arrangements may differ.

  • Our team will share customised shipping schedules and coordination details for such orders.
